The solution

As part of building and managing high-performing and successful Product & Design teams at Planday, a few key highlights of my work worth mentioning:

Rebranded Planday - resulting in 6 employee tattoos.

Grew a domain driven and distributed Product Design team from 1 to 20+.

Established design leadership structure and career growth framework.

Added UX Research as a fundamental factor to designing great customer centric products using product metrics.

Raised NPS with double digits to new all time high, based on great user experience and ease of use of App and Product.

Bridged the gap between Design and Development with a full UI component based design system.

Introduced Product Led Growth and a modularised product design approach to assist Sales and Marketing.

Formed an in-house brand agency with a focus on consistent messaging and a sharpened positioning and refined visual identity.

Designed our office locations in London, Oslo and HQ in Copenhagen and led the interior design and fitting from a brand and workspace environment perspective.

Assisted Executive team in the Xero acquisition of Planday.
